Daily Duties at Apex Tower & Maintenance:
Managed and performed accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation, calculated and processed the plant payroll, prepared all monthly closings and various reports. Advise new hires and employees on rules, policies, benefits, procedures. Organize and supervise the maintenance of department and employee records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality. Ensured new employees understood all paper work required to start work i.e., tax forms
