Service, Maintain, Troubleshoot, Repair and Upgrade when directed on site of Toshiba Copiers, Laser Printers, and Fax machines. Maintain over $3,000 worth of ready to use repair parts and components as a car stock. Make timely and eficient repairs of company supplied copier and reproduction equipment. Maintain exlent customer relations and explaine reasons for equipment down time. Responed to dispatched trouble calls as reported to company dispatcher. Advise supervisor and sales department of potential equipment upgrades and or new equipment sales possibilities.
