• Scheduling of all maintenance personnel on site and supervising maintenance staff, Cleaning staff and landscapers for both North and South properties • Outsourced and supervised the overall maintenance and upkeep of three pools and spas. Successfully completed certification in pool operator course in insure proper oversight • Developed a computerized reporting system for both management and Board of Directors • Implemented software to track inventory • Designed and supervised an in ground sprinkler system for both the North and South properties.
