Overall responsibilities of $8.5+ million •Proven ability to meet monthly P & L goals and objectives from projections to final reports •Profit and loss responsibility for 15 restaurants •Provided leadership and development for 2 district supervisors •Effectively managed all operational areas; cash controls, customer service, product control, maintenance. •Able to identify opportunities, create action plans, implement procedures and conduct timely follow-up sessions. •Provided superior guest relations through proper training and systems •Established and met labor goals •Established and met food and paper cost goals •Improved Food Safety Audits through training and conducting audits monthly
