Daily Duties at Huddle House:

•Responsible for the operations of over 70 franchise units in the South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Ohio markets. Overall responsibilities of $20.5+ million_ •Profit and loss responsibility for 56 franchisee units •Provides leadership to franchisees, district managers and their store operators regarding current and future restaurant development •Assists in development of operating plans with franchisees and their operators to enhance franchisees’ capabilities, maximize brand awareness, promote brand unity and grow market share •Provides leadership and development to the district managers, ensuring they achieve their accountabilities with their franchisees •Protects and promotes the brand among franchisees •Challenges franchisees to grow their business •Evaluates the Franchisees organizational structure for operating efficiencies •Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts •Assist franchisees in the purchase or sale of existing stores
