 Provide counsel in sensitive legal issues, performance, disciplinary actions, terminations etc.  Worked with Unionized & Non-Unionized locations - Organized campaigns, decertification, contract negotiations, unfair labor practice charges, grievances, and training.  Worked closely with management of the manufacturing facilities. Hiring, firing, training and the grievances.  Successfully responded to EEOC complaints.  Responsible for all recruiting including: interviewing, hiring, training and planning  Performed Internal Investigations.  Provided Management Training in Recruiting, Hiring, Family Medical Leave Act, Union Activity and Sexual Harassment.  Supervised Four Direct Reports.  Responsible for Building Security and computer reports.  Developed and implemented Company Relocation Policy.  Generated ongoing revisions to the Employee Policies & Procedures Manual.
