 Advise and counsel Managers, HR professionals and associates in the field on moderate to complex associate relations and human resource issues.  Associate relations issues and counseling with the manager on issues such as ADA FMLA, company policies, performance issues and approval for termination of employment.  Investigations for alleged misconduct: Harassment, Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, Workplace violence.  Partner with local HR Departments, Attorneys, Loss Prevention, and other applicable Corporate Departments.  Responsible for assessing and prioritizing issues to ensure accurate, efficient and timely resolution of HR issues and policy interpretation.  Support Law Department in defending the company in employment litigation.
