Daily Duties at Victory Health & Rehab.:
Responsible for assessing,planning,implementing and evaluating a program for staff education and infection control. Supervised CNA staff,educator and mentor. Oversaw CNA care and procedures given. Orientated new employees interviewed and hired CNA staff. Conducted monthly all staff education in-service meeting. Taught monthly CNA class with return demonstration.Preformed all yearly vaccines to staff and residents.Instructed and monitored all staff on infection control measures to ensure standard guidelines being followed.
