Responsible to oversee and provide through multiple disciplines complete physical, mental, spiritual health to the hospice patient and loved ones of the patient. Admitted patients. Lab. management, extensive pain management and symptom control.Explained and taught the disease process in the dying process.Provided after hour home visits.Managed emergency on call needs through telephone triage and home visits.Supervised nursing assistants care.Clinical pre ceptorship for medical and nursing students. Provided new staff orientation
