Managed the manufacturing and test engineering teams and drove process improvement initiatives that mistake proof process to ensure good quality in aerospace electronic micro-controlled based products. I was responsible for budget, process and product improvement initiatives, training, personnel performance, capital planning, and capital budget management. I manage a team of 9 engineers (4 process, 3 test, 3 product), 10 technicians, 3 clerks.
