Promoted to the first LPN Health Wellness Coordinator in a Claire Bridge dementia community. Responsible for Resident Service Plans/Assessment to reflect accurate needs/cost. Introduced schedule program which was successful in lowering overtime plus increasing attendance. Conducted Orientation/ CORE training, along with chart audits, to assure compliance, results were, 100% compliance in pharmacy reviews and no nursing deficiencies during state survey. Responsible for hiring/exit interview, for nursing department and as needed in other departments. Worked with department heads to assure effectiveness of current policies and procedures. On call 24/7 to provide nursing accessibility to staff, family members and emergency admissions. Scheduled all nursing and caregivers to assure adequate coverage and monitor hours for overtime management. Performed QA audits to assure resident care, customer satisfaction, and documentation compliance, along with information tracking for monthly CCR, Nutritional Tracker and Acuity Reports
