Daily Duties at Adt Security Systems:
• Managed the development of 60% of the company’s projects, from conceptualization to implementation (such as Order Entry, Billing, Contract Processing, Sales Commissions and Financial Software). Supervised the maintenance of all implemented applications in my domain, and developed new policies and procedures for software development for the entire I.T. department. • Managed a staff of ten programmer/Analysts and two project managers. Responsible for hiring/firing and annual evaluation. • Developed, along with the management of Sales, a comprehensive and elaborate Sales Commission policy for a sales force of 1600 people located in 200 branches in the United Sates and Canada. • Reduced company costs by over $1,000,000 per year by implementing integrated Financial, Taxation and Sales Distribution software. Reduced the processing time of the sales system by eight hours per day, resulting in cost reductions of more than $10,000,000 per year. Increased sales volume by 10%, as a result of timely Entry and Execution of Orders and improved customer service.
