Daily Duties at Endomedical, Ltd:

 Supervised the development of all new projects, from conceptualization to implementation.  Provided the necessary planning for the technical infrastructure and human resources required for developing new projects, install them at our customers’ sites, and provide our customers with the technical support, whenever required, for running our new software.  Directed the efforts of 4 project managers towards the development of our new integrated software utilizing Client/Server methodology, the maintenance and improvement of our software installed and operating at our customers’ sites, the research and development of new products and services utilizing premising emerging technologies, and the provision of technical and telecommunications support to our company and customers throughout Greece as well.  Managed the IT staff consisted of 30 Systems Analysts and Software Engineers, in addition to the 4 Project Managers mentioned above.  Maintained continuous interaction with the CEO of our company to address existing problems (internal or external), and plan for the future. Participated in preparing the annual budget, and the monthly follow-up.  Maintained frequent communication with our customers (by phone or in person), to secure their satisfaction, renew service contracts, and maintain our competitive edge.  Led our team in determining customer requirements, negotiate prices, and finalize contracts.
