Daily Duties at Holiday Inn:

Took control of all food and beverage concerns for two restaurants, lounge, 14,000 sq/ft of banquet space and all catering functions. Responsible for Food and Beverage P / L adhering to budget guidelines. Managed, hired and developed all food service staff. Monitored food purchases with the Executive Chef in compliance with company contracts. Developed and designed menu and marketing plans, forecasted revenues and expenses. Collaborated with and drove better communication within all departments.
