Responsible for meeting and exceeding company customer service expectations Led a team of store employees to create and maintain the Starbucks experience for our customers and employees • Supervised and directed the workforce, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, manage the store’s financial performance, and safety and security within the store • Managed the visual presentation of all retail merchandise and operational standards
