Daily Duties at Salsa's Restaurant:
Daily operations of a full service restaurant. Supervised a waitstaff and kitchen staff of 20 plus employees. Responsible for the banquest operations and all guest functions in the restaurant. Conducted inventory, ordering and financial management.
