Daily Duties at Starbucks Coffee Company:
•Oversee the operations of 10-12 retail stores. Include the hiring, training and development of salaried partners. Responsible for meeting company financial and sales goals as well as customer service results Track and articulate links between actions taken and changes in customer satisfaction measures • Regularly diagnose customer needs and influence decisions to maximize value for customer and business • Effectively build and utilize working relationships, job networks and colleagues to get things done • Maximizes/celebrates employees’ unique abilities; foster a team that genuinely rewards and recognizes each other • Lead and implement change in a way that generates interest and reduces the concern experienced by employees • Makes timely and quality decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment • Builds bench strength to meet talent needs and promote high performers • Adjust coaching technique to meet different learning styles • Utilize the tools and levers that impact the business and articulate the importance and value to the store managers • Collaborates with store managers to develop action plans that improve store performance
