Daily Duties at Republic Bank:

All financial reporting and commercial lending North of Duluth MN. Developing, organizing and maintaining a feasible network of commercial contacts and projections Work directly with client business in estimating asset base, including reviewing business and marketable real estate. Provide consultation to clients in matters of law, finance, and related documentation. Assist in liquidation of four accounts with total funds employed of $15 Million without loss on current assigned collateral evaluation, and management reports. Select and develop support staff in all aspects of activities. Maintain MIS systems including: computer database, accounting, and business software. Formulate and establish procedures facilitation peak operating efficiencies, cost effectiveness, and high employee morale. Worked at corporate headquarters. Identified areas of operations that could be improved by computerization, training tools, and auditing procedures. Specific duties included identification and initiation of new relationships, financial analysis, loan structuring and pricing, term negotiation, documentation negotiation/drafting, closing, on-going relationship management, and collection/workout of problem loan situations.
