Daily Duties at Remax:

Monthly financial closing process, prepare and analyzes all financial statements, provide various financial reports to leadership team, complete annual budget and other forecasting, introduce cost reduction steps, direction to management team regarding budgets, results, and other financial measurements, cash management. Negotiate bargaining agreements. Prepare personnel forecasts to project employment needs. Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food services, transportation, or relocation service. Study legislation, arbitration decisions. Preside over or serve on boards of directors, management committees, or other governing boards. Prepare and present reports concerning activities, expenses, budgets, government statutes and rulings, and other items affecting businesses or program services. Establish departmental responsibilities and coordinate functions among departments and sites. Implement corrective action plans to solve organizational or departmental problems. Coordinate the development and implementation of budgetary control systems, recordkeeping systems, and other administrative control processes.
