As National Field Operations Manager, responsibilities included management of branch office management locally and nationwide. Responsible for enhancement of internal branch operations, data analysis of target revenue and spend objectives, and new client implementation. Additionally responsible for management of specific client programs including, oversight of all client needs, management of client contingent staff, and conflict resolution as needed.
