Daily Duties at Aramark Education:

Front Line Manager Successful management of client accounts producing over one million dollars of revenue annually. Spearheaded maintenance-engineering day to day activities, including budget management of operations and projects budgets totaling twenty-five million dollars, purchasing, personnel, contracts, and contracted work. Charged with facility maintenance of up to eighty-six sites totaling over one million square feet. Identified and scheduled preventive maintenance of HVAC/R and fire-protection systems, including landscaping and housekeeping equipment. Utilize MS Windows Word, Excel, and various Computerized Maintenance Management Program software for reporting/documenting processes. Supervise 52 custodial and 105 skilled and unskilled maintenance staff including 9 supervisory personnel; implementing and prioritizing work orders, purchasing, and various contracts with trade-related companies to meet fluctuating and tight deadlines. Cultivated relationships with building administrators; attended meetings to provide reports and technical assistance. Oversee construction-management affairs and all building trades during construction projects. Conducts safety training to meet OSHA annual requirements.
