Recreate the Architectural Design, Planning and construction of Zin BDL bringing it to its current state. • Create the total architectural and interior design concepts. • Coin the name and create the design and concept of logo. • Brand a strategy that establish the company’s name and logo via market introduction and expansion initiatives • Negotiate labor cost for all subdivisions, contractors as well as suppliers. • Responsibilities included the interviewing and hiring staff , training , planning, scheduling, delegation of responsibilities and activities, and annual performance evaluations • Develop and execute the brand and services offered by the company. - Select appropriate advertising vehicles for communication that include print, brochures and mailers. • Responsibilities also include Preparation of financial statements and budgets, supervision of payroll , month-end close, cost analysis and the supervision of other general accounting functions related to fixed assets, inventory and product pricing. Assist the executive chef in Manage menu planning, purchasing and cost control for better customer satisfaction • Establish and maintain a track record, generating sales. • Fill in various departments when short staffed. • Proficient in ADP expert payroll and Micros 3700 - latest version for the restaurant industry. • Coordinate and plan all events.
