Lead a team of six supporting order scheduling, release, and throughput procedures. Procures necessary resources and customizes schedules to facilitate goal attainment. Identified a source for 4130 normalized steel for previously unattainable sizes, and driving availability. Increased the build rate of the production line from 37 to 90+ units per year, by restructuring the line.
