Daily Duties at Xs Ranch:
Coordinated operations planning to improve overall cost efficiencies through out all profit centers. Started manual cycle counts on high volume feeds and supplements to mitigate past history of overstock, waste and spoilage. Set up agreements with vendors to lower prices, much through competition, improve delivery and reduce inventory costs. Improved record keeping practices, making year ends more predictable.
