Daily Duties at Quick & Reilly Fleet Securities:
I was responsible for managing telecommunications for the Q&R buildings. My team handled all Moves Adds and Changes for 1000 employees. I also was responsible for project managing the installation of two lucent definity G3. We went from Bell Atlantic Centrex service (1800 lines in total) to a G3. Responsible for a team of consultants helping to identify dmarc locations, house pairs, and jack locations. Upon completion I headed up a team to build out two call centers by integrating our phone systems with Aspect. When the agent received the call, the caller id would identify the customer which brought up his account before the agent answered the phone. This gave the agent the ability to announce the customer name and have access to his or her account for quicker order execution
