Daily Duties at Mutual Of America:
•Solicit and procure group and individual retirement plans. •Provide insight on design of 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), and 457(b) retirement plans. •Provide on-site employee education and new enrollment meetings, in group and individual settings for over 160 accounts in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Montana. •Responsible for increasing plan participation, plan contributions and asset transfers. •Assisted plan administrators with 5500, ADP, and ACP test.
