-Trained and supervised 3 employees of the firm regarding to internal operations -Managed the e-commerce process from sales to distribution -Oversaw the vendor relationships with our fulfillment center, distributors, and suppliers -Tracked sales of inventory, created monthly cash flow reports, forecast income and expenses, and worked with CPA to draft monthly/quarterly/annual reports -Create and oversee a $700k budget
