Daily Duties at Ucb Pharmaceuticals:
Daily responsibilities: Calling on 10-14 doctors a day selling 4 medications to pediatricians, internal medicine, family practice, allergists, psychiatrists, ENT's, dermatologists, urgent care, emergency rooms and hospital accounts. Calling on 3-5 pharmacies a day to have them stock our products and drop off coupons. Having lunches or breakfasts in clinics, as allowed and sometimes having displays. Keep track of samples in locker and in computer to have proper count. Weekly responsibilities: Call on 50-70 doctors a week and 15-25 pharmacies a week to get reach in frequency. Weekly reports to district manager, check samples and inventory, expense reports and report mileage. Monthly responsibilities: Check quota reports from month before, monthly reports to district manager, ongoing sales training via computer, meetings for district and national meetings, monthly routing on computer to ensure proper coverage of doctors (@400 drs a quarter), bi-yearly business (territory) analysis reports to keep an eye on achievements and status of territory. Presentations at district and national meetings (@4 a year).
