Daily Duties at Avis Rent A Car:

Bi-weekly submission of employee's payroll using in-house system. Conducted New Hire Orientation for all new hire for LAX area based employees. Bi-weekly distribution of paychecks to employees and resolves all payroll issues. Assist Safety Manager with Workman's Comp claim by helping employees fill out the correct form and direct them to the nearest clinic, helps during open enrollment for benefits, manually calculate vacation hours for all qualified employees using Excel, assist Executive Assist with other office duties such as ordering office supplies, answering phones, data entry, create reports for Executive Team, travel arrangements. I also served as event planner for the area's event such as Employee Appreciation Day, Safety Fair and Annual Holiday Party for 500+ employees.
