Daily Duties at The Patina Group:
Conducted New Hire Orientation in a weekly basis for all Los Angeles, Orange County and Palm Springs area for approximately 12 restaurants. I assisted employees in the field that has any questions regarding payroll, benefits, workman's comp, employee relation issues and other HR inquiries. I created new employee files, helped maintained personnel files and assisted in other office duties such as ordering supplies, payroll check distribution every Friday and answering phones.
