Daily Duties at Best Buy:

Achieve daily and monthly sales objectives. Monitor Sales behaviors and coach proper sales disciplines daily. Develop Supervisors through weekly sales meetings and daily follow up. Conduct weekly and daily sales trainings as needed. Monitor business wins and gaps and develop sales strategies according to needs. Maintain constant awareness with other Senior management to drive consistent focuses throughout the store. Relay information to district staff and develop strategies to execute any district initiatives.
