Daily Duties at Southeast Air Defense Sector/United States Air Force:
I supervised and managed the 22 person surviellance section. I handled all scheduling of personnel and equipment. Reported on malfunctions of radar and radio equipment within the United States. In addition, I wrote all performance reports, awards and displine that were warranted. I perfomed daily briefings to superiors on personnel and equipment issues using powerpoint, microsoft word, excel and access. Prior to that position I was the Manager of the Acquistions Division. I was responsible for all equipment within the data exchange arena. I researched, tested and purchased additional equipment necessary to keep pace with developing technologies. I wrote proposals for purchase and installation of equipments. I briefed superiors on current and prospective equipment issues.
