Daily Duties at Neustar:

Received prior shift daily activity turnover, reviewed and prioritized all open trouble tickets, opened new trouble tickets for clients / network outages and escalated highest priority outages to upper management. Consistently maintained network integrity and accessibility despite daily outages through effective data traffic re-routing to alternative gateways/circuits with no noticeable downtime for clients. Logged into Cisco IP Routers to check log files and to status serial port interfaces. Supervised and helped train 25-30 other technicians in appropriate circuit error and network outage monitoring, response and correction procedures as well as in responding to outage alarm situations.
