Accountable for the recruitment and training of event management teams, adhering to strict overhead structure while defining the shape of the overall exchange event format from conception through to execution. Defined marketing and branding guidelines for all events including the development of event budgets, estimates, and the forecasting of revenue targets. Cultivated partnerships with key vendors including the outsourcing and negotiation of vendor contracts for all event related requirements.
