Oversaw all operational, logistical, budgetary and human resource aspects of four regional distribution centers located in Florida, Arizona, Texas and Virginia (40 employees, $75M annual worth of goods). * Partnered with executive management to determine vision and create strategic and long term goals. * Collaborated with cross functional teams within departments to align all business processes. * Integrated production planning with distribution demand and process improvement; developed, implemented, forecasted, and managed company-wide inventory. * Managed expense budget; implemented measures to drive down costs and improve profitability. * Ensured highest customer service satisfaction. * Supervised internal supply chain operations including identifying and resolving production inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and reducing inbound costs and lead times. * Led disposition of corporate distribution facilities including build out and lease management of excess space; directed three distribution center expansions simultaneously.
