Daily Duties at Grand Oasis Punta Cana:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, interviews, as well as organizing travel and lodging arrangements for Executive Management. Provide support in high-level executive tasks such as, assisting VIP guests on premise as well as organizing transfers in private planes and helicopters. Provide event coordination assistance, filtering phone calls for the Executive Director,writing memos, reports, and serve as administrative support to the Executive Management. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
