Financial/ Marketing Manager – YPTV & Internet 1999 to 2000 Maintained and built relationships with telco marketing managers. Provided liaison support to internal core marketing managers for Yellow Page TV (YPTV) and Internet Products. Evaluated new markets by investigating historic sales levels, trend analysis, cable environment, competitive outlook and non – YPTV marketing initiatives. Developed sales forecasts, financial models and pricing strategies, and analyzed cable rates and penetration, as well as cable composition. Financial responsibilities included monthly departmental analysis, account analysis, preparation of monthly Profit & Loss Statements, Quarterly Profit & Loss Forecasts, Annual Budgets for both YPTV and Internet Products for Senior Management. Manager – Partnership Accounting 1995 to 1999 Financial responsibility for Reuben H. Donnelley’s two partnerships with sales of $160 million. Responsibilities included accounts payable, cash transfers, investments, provision analysis, account analysis, maintained general ledger, monthly financial statements, variance analysis, risk and opportunities analysis, quarterly forecasts for presentation by senior management at partnership meeting, annual budget package including phasing, miscellaneous tax filings, annual tax package and year end audit reports. Worked closely with senior management, including financial, sales and operations personnel of both partnerships and outside auditors. Provided special projects support, including involvement in resolving operational issues that affected partnership performance. Converted partnership general ledger and accounts payable to Oracle systems. Manager – Restructuring 1993 to 1995 Managed Reuben H. Donnelley’s Restructuring Program with funds of $42 million. Responsibilities included in depth analysis to determine risk and opportunities of plan for senior management, coordination of plan submission to Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, maintained sub-ledgers and supporting documentation for review by auditors and reconciliation between forecasts and actual costs. Consolidation Manager 1989 to 1993 Consolidated, prepared, interpreted, analyzed and communicated financial reports for Reuben H. Donnelley and Dun & Bradstreet management. Financial responsibilities included: income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, data comparison, inter-company summary, quarterly accounts receivable, FASB 96 Forecast, year – end financial and tax packages. Arranged for the wire transfer of funds to partnerships. Reviewed Investment Accounts for accuracy and initiated correcting entries to the regions. General Accounting Manager 1986 to 1989 Managed the day to day financial operation of Company Headquarters, Donnelley Information Technology, Donnelley Data Center and Publishing. Responsibilities included McCormick & Dodge G/L and A/P system, including maintenance and report generation, fixed assets analysis and reports, bank reconciliations, account analysis, inter-company/inter-office reconciliation and the supervision of twenty-one employees. Supervised and prepared Company Headquarters, Donnelley Information Technology financial statement, cash flow, year-end financial and tax packages for Dun & Bradstreet
