Daily Duties at Organon Pharmaceuticals:
Senior District Manager Providing successful sales leadership for the Little Rock Specialty Products Division District sales team consisting of ten Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives (PSRs) in Arkansas and Missouri. Responsibilities include recruiting, developing and mentoring both tenured and newly hired PSRs. Developing and mentoring both tenured and newly hired PSRs. Developing quarterly sales objectives for each representative, managing budgetary and sample allotments, provide administrative and convention support, develop key speakers and thought leaders. Develop district business plans designed to support strategic sales initiatives for pull-through sales results in both the hospital and clinical settings. Providing Career Stratification and professional development opportunities within the organization. Perpetuated career development opportunities for a number of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to include; 1 National Product Manager, 1 Region Director, 7 District Managers, 14 Supervisors, 1 Region Trainer, The 1993 Organon National Hospital Specialist of the Year and various other product specific national and regional award winners. Additionally, personally achieved a number of professional awards, certificates and personal distinctions as noted below.
