Customer Alignment Manager (July, 2005 to October, 2006) Providing sales and marketing leadership and alignment for the South East Business Center. Position consists of Customer Solutions, Speaker Management, and CV/Oncology Selling Strategy Development. Additionally, provided leadership and development of 5 Customer Solutions Managers. District Sales Manager (August, 2000 to July, 2005) Providing sales leadership for the Little Rock Cardiovascular Sales Team consisting of eight Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists (PSSs) in Arkansas. Responsibilities include recruiting, developing and mentoring both tenured and newly hired PSSs. Additionally, to provide AstraZeneca Cultural Attributes and Sales Value Proposition development within the realm of Career Ladder and other promotional development.
