Daily tasks • Manage a staff of two sales representatives, one customer service person and two warehouse persons. • Maintain profit and loss statements for the operations. • Provide purchase orders for stock transfer and direct shipments to stocking distributors. • Work with outside sales representatives in developing their individual markets • Make joint customer sales meetings presenting new products, new literature and handling any issues. • Responsible for review and reporting on all defective product installations and warranty issues. • Maintain production schedule for custom fabrication facility.
