Daily Duties at Continental Western Corporation:

• Daily tasks • Research, source and negotiate price and terms for target market product lines. • Establish and update pricing programs for specific product lines. • Primary communication channel between sales force and mill supply sources. • Develop market potential documentation and prospect lists for sales force in target markets. • Develop marketing and sales strategies for various market segments. • Establish sales force goals on specific product lines. • Put on sales training sessions with the sales force at annual sales meetings. • Schedule and make joint sales calls in the field with the sales force acting as a coach. • Primary decision maker on specific product lines for the target market and product lines. • Establish and administer strategic market stocking locations for specific product lines. • Responsible for producing quarterly market share and sales reports, accounts payable reports and profit and loss statements for target product lines and market segments. • Create promotional lead development aides on specific products including POP displays, flyers, educational aides, target market related trade magazine promotional advertising programs. Attend regional and national target market trade shows including design, promotional media advertising, exhibits and incentive promotional coupon specials.
