Daily Duties at Chenal Country Club:
I was responsible for all the daily business activities associated with the main dining room at the Country Club. It was my responsibility to maintain a prestige environment for the members while they dined. I was in charge of the scheduling of front of the house staff for every shift throughout the week. Hiring and training new employees also fell under my responsibility. I was also in charge of developing a new theme for Family Night every Thursday Night and controlling the business flow of Sunday Brunch.
