Daily Duties at Riverfront Steakhouse Wyndham Hotel:
My daily tasks were to control floor operations during the dinner shift at the Steakhouse. I was my responsibility to keep labor cost in line by scheduling waitstaff based on reports I receive on the occupancy of the hotel. I was in charge of scheduling large parties and developing menus to help control the flow on the food arriving to everyone. I kept in constant communication with the executive chef to inform him of the business flow during each shift and to keep him aware of any large parties. I kept the F&B director aware of what was happening during each shift.
