Daily Duties at Capriccio Peabody Hotel:
I was responsible for all floor operations during each shift. I had to staff each shift in order to maintain and control the flow of the business on a daily basis. I had to order certain everyday products such as beverage products, wine products, and condiments used. I organized and scheduled large parties during the holiday season and was in constant communication with the executive chef. I turned in daily and monthly reports to the Food and Beverage supervisor and communicated anything out of the ordinary to him. I was in control of labor costs during each shift.
