Daily Duties at Copeland's:
My daily task as a head wait person was to make sure we were prepared to open each day. I was in charge of making sure we had fresh coffee and tea prepared,our soup area was fully stocked and our wait stations were clean and fully stocked. I was in charge of maintaining these areas during the shift by assigning these duties to my fellow wait staff members. After each shift, it was my duties to check out each staff member to ensure their area was clean and ready to start for the next shift.
