Daily Duties at Sysco Foodservice:
Field Systems Supervisor 1996 – 2004 • Managed and supervised all reporting and field support personnel • Managed, coordinated, purchased and maintained a laptop computer group of approximately 250 users, 200 customers sites • Supported personnel with emphasis on training, streamlining and hardware /software technical support • Provided input and technical data to Senior Management to improve and maintain existing proprietary Order entry systems and non-proprietary software • Responsible for assisting with hardware and software installations and upgrades • Provided training of all proprietary and non-proprietary hardware and software to internal and external user and customer locations in a DOS, UNIX, Windows, MSOffice and many other software environments • Managed, programmed, upgraded and maintained a Nortel/Meridian PBX, I3 call center server/application and separate voicemail system and all associated telecommunications duties such as billing, installation, cross-training and remote site support including all wireless and cellular devices and applications
