Daily Duties at Merrill Lynch :
Treasury operations and process documentation for Merrill Lynch and Co. corporate portfolio accounts. Trade capture and maintenance of international counter party relationships for various types of Fixed Income trades including: Multi Currency, F/X, Asset Backed Securities, Agency, Repurchase Agreements, Derivative cash flows, Commercial Paper and Treasury Bonds. Confirm and negotiate multi-currency debt payments, bond calls, and new issuances for multi-billion dollar transactions. Facilitate debt issuance from international trading desks and negotiate hedge swap transactions with multi-currency traders. Trade maintenance by reflecting updates to Bond terms, validating rate changes, exercising/responding to call notices and executing appropriate cash. Ensure date flow with accounting teams for FAS 133 compliance.
