Developed and maintained a Continuing Analysis Surveillance System (CASS); Managed auditors and schedules and performed internal and external Quality System Audits; • Quality System Audits / Evaluations; Identified, analyzed and provided resolution of quality escapes in order to facilitate safe compliant aircraft maintenance; • Monitored for adherence to company policies/procedures. • Interfaced with all levels of internal and external customers including executive/senior management. • Identifying Human factors in the work place and their effects on the work performed. • Identify Root Causes and trends.
