Daily Duties at Sierra Nevada Corporation:
Developed, modified, applied and maintained quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into finished product. Collaborated with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place and fallowed. Procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment were devised and implemented. Performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications. Quality Management Systems was audited to the ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards and the internal procedures. • Quality System Audits / Evaluations; Identified, analyzed and provided resolution of quality escapes in order to facilitate safe compliant aircraft maintenance; • Monitored for adherence to ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards and company policies/procedures. • Interfaced with all levels of internal and external customers including executive/senior management. • Identifying Human factors in the work place and their effects on the work performed. • Identify Root Causes and trends. • Issued and accepted Corrective Actions while maintaining a data base • Security Clearance : Secret with DOD and Air Force
