Director of Business Managers for 9 radio markets totaling over $80M in revenue. Prepare monthly consolidation statements for 9 markets and the Corporate financial statements which include: Consolidating and Consolidated Financial Statements. 12 month trailing cash flow. Budget Variance review and preparation. Individual Market Financial and Performance Data. Monthly review of financial items with Business Managers. Monthly debt and interest expense calculations. Quarterly compilation of Bank Compliance Certificate. Comprehensive involvement with the budget process including a review with General Managers and Business Managers in the development stage, and subsequent implementation and adherence to agreed upon perimeters. Analysis for acquisition, sales and 1031 exchanges of broadcasting properties. Coordinated annual audit with Business Managers and Auditors.
